Regina Baltimore-Barbour

Regina is a luminous persona in this generation. Regina is a published author, a professional in consulting and life coaching, and a seasoned project manager. Known for her small business consulting and managerial expertise, Regina is a sought after motivator, speaker, and event consultant with a passion for people realizing their dreams despite the current circumstances. Regina is an incisive businesswoman with many successful ventures who prides herself on her business investments and initiatives. Regina is dedicated to the empowerment of people specifically married and single mothers and her mantra to this is that "it's never too late". Regina is dedicated to the uplifting of people and people not only experiencing their best lives now but experiencing the greatness of LIFE NOW.

With a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's in business administration, Regina continues to pursue her educational endeavors in education and leadership. While Regina persists in her calling, she continues to teach as a high school educator for her district focusing on Business Education and youth financial literacy.

Regina attributes her hard work, and no nonsense approach and to her Mother, Mary F. Baltimore, and her late father, the esteemed Pastor Douglas E. Baltimore.

Dr. Esther Johnson-Ellis is an accomplished woman in many areas and has held the title of “the first” throughout her career; she was the first black educator at the Dahlgren Naval School, the first black woman to lead the Technology and Performance Office in the Department of Labor and the first black woman to lead the nation’s $1.7B Job Corps Program.   She has served in Senior Leadership positions at the Departments of Labor and Veteran Affairs.  After a 35 year career in Federal Service, she retired and now holds an executive position in Corporate America.

 

Dr. Esther Johnson-Ellis is a woman of faith and is the Director of Christian Education at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Fairfax, VA.  She is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She and her deceased husband, Rev. Joe W. Ellis were also co-directors of Family Life Ministry. Her favorite scripture is John 3:16 and her motto is “Never Give Up.”

 

She is an expert in multiple areas to include education, policy development, workforce development, strategic planning, research, program management, process improvement, information technology, grants and contract administration, quality control, financial management, proposal development, virtual workforce development and call center management. Dr. Johnson-Ellis also has extensive coalition building experience.
